NYE 2008

First annual Sanchez Kim NYE party 2008. We decided to have a party at the last minute.

Gabo put tattoos all over himself. don't ask me how he did it all by himself.

Mario after about the 20th chicken meatballs. Rob the vegetarian wasn't impressed. For reals? I have no idea what was going on here.
oh...It was really really loud with music and kids running round and big kids talking away. Robby had enough already.

Ok, so the party started at 6pm. At about 10 we got bored and decided to TP CT's house. She and her family couldn't make it to the Sanchez Kim fiesta so.....

On the way back from Ct's house we stopped over at Titus' house and did some TP-ing to their deck furniture.

After the TP-ing we came back home for some board games. Me goofing off...planning the NYE 2009 already.

Hello Santa!
Oh, Sol's favorite...Pokemon of course. Grandma Jae scored some points.

Auntie Kelly scored some points with the star wars gloves. Gabo loves them.

ahhhh, LPs. Uncle Ji and Auntie Sehee sent us down memory lane. This 25th anniversary edition of thriller was the bomb. Man, so damn good!

Construction tools were all that Gabo wanted.

My new heart rate monitor. This will tell me how many calories i'm burning in all of my classes. The teachers kill me in every class.
Candy was found in the stocking. Sol's favorite vegetable is starburst!

After our annual venture out to the movies (we watched bedtime stories with adam sandler, 4 thumbs up) we came home and Gabo just fell asleep. Way too much fun i see.

Gabo decided to give himself a haircut. When I found him in the bathroom, he was washing the sissors.
There was hair everywhere. I'm surprised that he isn't bald.

This isn't staged. After i scolded him this pose is the pose that he gave me with the big chunk of hair missing.

Mario's about 4 hours ahead of the game. We finished wrapping thing by about 10 pm. Usually we're up until about 1am wrapping things up. We're learning slowly....

Xmas eve 2008

Auntie Vikki spent some time with us before she flew up to Anchorage. She didn't know that she'd be helping the kids wrap gifts for their hamster Guinea and Pig.

A trip to the Pike Place Market.

We headed up to Seattle to hunt down some local nuts for xmas gifts. After looking around it was snack time. Their favorite donut shop.

We walked some more around Pike Place Market and found ourselves in front of the fortune teller in a box.

There was a theme here. Fortune teller, shoe museum, magic shops and etc.

After all the walking in the cold, we headed down to the International District for some hot bowls of noodles. This is Gabo's favorite food.
