And we did play for hours.

We headed to the Tacoma children's museum.
We found Gerald McDermott's exhibit. Coyote and the raven. Dress up was the item of the day.

the ravens gave him some feathers. the coyote tried and tried to fly but no dice. this was the story that we heard at the UW lecture series a few months ago. We met Gerald McDermott and Sol even got his book signed.

the market place was a hit. the boys had some great fun grocery shopping, unloading the produce truck and tending to the diner.

Playful Saturday

So, we headed up to the maple leaf area after lunch (burgers and fries and a choco shake) at dick's drive in. Mario was meeting some school friends to play some football. While he was running around, the boys and I headed to the playground for some foolin' around.
Sol found the digger. he wants one for his backyard.

So, Sol is going to lose his first tooth soon. The gap gets bigger and bigger everyday. He smiles at me and i just can't help myself but to laugh. Gotta love it!

Japanese anyone?

First day of Japanese club. A new club started at Sol's school. Since there are no spanish or korean language classes, Japanese was it for now. Wiring their brains. This day they lined up to play some games.

Wild Saturday.

It rained so much for a few days that I had to take this picture again. The banks of the green river going towards southcenter was about 3 feet away from the road. Yikes....The boys and I were coming home from some shopping and when we were driving down our main road we looked up and saw two bald eagles just hanging. They were just beautiful.

Later that day we headed to Misty's house for some rock band action. The kids were at CT's house with Kristina babysitting 5 kids while the parents were rocking out. Anyways about this picture. Misty took us up to her closet so show and tell. She loves her clothes.
